Simon Cooke's bumper haul of 89 points helped him pull well clear of his rivals in week 25 of the Scarborough News Fantasy Football League.
Cooke's seadoggeees team were boosted by his decision to make Liverpool's in-form forward Roberto Firmino as his captain, netting 26 points, while 10 from Arsenal's Mesut Ozil and nine apiece from Everton striker Romelu Lukaku and Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann also played their part.

For any players wishing to boost their scores here are six players to watch for Week 26.
Ones to watch
Charlie Daniels – a home encounter against a Stoke side without a goal over the last four Gameweeks looks promising for the Bournemouth left-back. Available for 4.6, the Cherries’ spot-kick taker Daniels has produced a goal, two assists and six bonus points over that time frame, yet is owned by just over 4% of Fantasy managers.
Aaron Lennon – the Everton winger looks set for another start on the right flank after netting in back-to-back victories over Newcastle and Stoke. With an assist also accrued, Lennon looks in fine form as the Toffees welcome a West Brom side with just two clean sheets in the last 15 Gameweeks.
Wahbi Khazri – after tormenting Liverpool’s defence last week, the Sunderland playmaker will be flowing with confidence ahead of a home clash with Manchester United. Priced at just 6.0, Khazri looks key to unlocking a backline that’s kept a clean sheet in just one of their last seven road trips.
Emmanuel Adebayor – handed a first start away to Swansea last weekend, the Togo international fired three unsuccessful attempts on goal before being replaced in the second-half. Priced at 5.8, Adebayor looks set to be handed his home debut against a Watford side that roll up to Selhurst Park with just one clean sheet in eight matches.
Diego Costa – a late equaliser against Manchester United took the Chelsea striker’s tally to six goals and two assists in just seven appearances under Guus Hiddink. Owned by just 6% of Fantasy managers, Costa now welcomes an obliging Newcastle defence that’s mustered just a single clean sheet in the last 10 Gameweeks.
