None of Scarborough Athletic boss Rudy Funk, Bridlington Town manager Mitch Cook or reporters Martin Dowey and Daniel Gregory managed to get any of last week’s predictions correct, leaving everyone pointless going into this week’s round of matches.

With some interesting games on show in the Premier League this weekend, our top pundits will all be looking to get off the mark.

They will be casting their eye over the clash between Southampton and Manchester United, where United will look to Robin van Persie to fire them to three points with Wayne Rooney’s absence.

Another big game is the battle between Liverpool and Arsenal, who are yet to fire this season with their new strikeforce of Olivier Giroud and Lukas Podolski.

The pundits will also be taking an interest in the games between champions Manchester City and big-spending QPR, who have acquired the services of Esteban Granero and Julio Cesar this week.
