Bridlington Town manager Mitch Cook trimmed Daniel Gregory’s lead at the top of our Premier Predictions over the weekend with a two-point haul.

Cook grabbed two, while Scarborough Athletic boss Rudy Funk and deputy sports editor Martin Dowey both collected one.

This means that Gregory leads with six, Cook is one behind on five, Funk has four and Dowey has three.

There are a number of interesting games to predict this weekend, including the thriller on Saturday between Manchester United and Arsenal.

Title-chasers Chelsea and Man City are away at Swansea and West Ham respectively, while QPR boss Mark Hughes is looking to save his job at home to Reading.

Finally there is the game between Liverpool and Newcastle, which always produces a glut of goals.
