Have your say

Scarborough RUFC’s gymnasium Barons have been putting their members through their paces this month.

Over 30 people have signed up for their first boot camp as they bid to start 2013 in a positive fashion.

The sessions run every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout January and are for people of all ages and abilities.

Members need to set their alarms nice and early as the sessions start at 6am and last for about an hour.

The sessions focus on many different aspects of fitness including cardio, core, aerobics and strength.

The boot camp costs £75 for the month, with this you get a t-shirt, three sessions a week, a nutrition plan, a lifestyle guide as well as your own individual coach.

Scarborough RUFC’s Paul White, who is also manager of Barons, runs the sessions with four other coaches, who are all level three instructors.

With the end of the month shortly approaching and people reaching their goals, the camp will once again start back up on Monday March 1 and will run the same as this month.

If you would like to attend any of the remainder of this month’s sessions you can pay per session.
