Scarborough Swimming Club are proud to have 24 swimmers who have qualified to represent the club, at the Spring Yorkshire Swimming Championships.
Held across three weekends during February and March, these championships attract top age group swimmers, who are all competing for the chance of a county medal and the title of Yorkshire champion.
Hard work and a commitment to training sessions, under the guidance of their coaches Sam Greetham and Nathan Renshaw, will hopefully be rewarded with new personal best times from the swimmers and possible qualification times for the Regional Championships in May and June.
They will be competing in a range of events from 50m sprints to 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and 1500m races covering Freestyle, Breaststroke, Backstroke, Butterfly and Individual Medleys.
