Norton Leaders making the grade

Sports Leaders have been making the grade at Norton College.

During the last academic year at Norton College the Sports Leaders programme saw 24 successful candidates qualify for the Level 1 certificate and seven students from Year 12 qualify for the Level 2 Community Sports Leaders award.

The Level 1 students worked hard and contributed to the Primary schools events by coaching, team managing, umpiring, scoring and monitoring.

Level 2 award holders have worked both in the community clubs and in the cluster schools.

The students have shown commitment and reliability and all have motivated and inspired hundreds of youngsters.
