Horner was set to fight in front of his biggest crowd to date at the Leeds Arena on the undercard of Leeds Warrior Josh Warrington's fight with Patrick Hyland.

But an issue with tickets coming through has left Horner with no choice but to pull out of the fight.

"I ordered my tickets ages ago and everyone else on the show, even the people I'd beat with one hand, got theirs sorted before me," fumed Horner.

"I'd ordered 40 £150 tickets, 40 £100 tickets, and 50 each of the £60 and £40 tickets, and after waiting ages they only sent me 70 of the £40 tickets.

"The ones I had ordered had already been reserved, that was £10,000 worth of tickets, and I had lost £500 on a holiday that I was supposed to go on.

"If I had sold the ones I had been sent, that would've only been £2,500, and out of that I'd have to pay for my opponent and transport too, so it's not worth it."

Horner has been left angered after he pulled out of a holiday with friends to take the fight, only to end up back at square one.

"I'm annoyed because I chose this fight over the holiday and now it turns out I won't even be fighting," added Horner.

"I have sent the tickets back, I am not going to be messed around by anyone.

"I'll book a quick holiday now and then look to get back in the ring in September."
