A MINI masterpiece from the sculptor behind the Freddie Gilroy statue in North Bay is set to be temporarily housed at the Evening News.

The sculpture, which is the top prize in a photographic competition, is going to be on display at our offices on Aberdeen Walk from tomorrow until next Monday.

It will be arriving from the Eatme space in Hanover Road as part of a near-two month jaunt around the town.

The competition is open until April 17. Applicants need to submit pictures of Scarborough to accompany a specially composed song about Freddie Gilroy. Visit www.freddiegilroy.co.uk.
