Hutton Buscel diamond jubilee committee is holding a safari supper on Friday March 30
A safari supper is the ideal night ‘in and out’, to meet, dine and drink with new and old friends.
Those taking part will meet together at 7pm for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles at the home of Jane and Guy Worthington.
From there the party will split up and move to several different houses to eat main courses in groups of six to eight.
Finally the guests will meet up in the village hall for pudding, coffee and more drinks.
There will also be entertainment at the hall until 11pm.
Everyone taking part will have bought a ticket for the evening at £17.50 per person which includes all food and drink.
All profits will be added to the diamond jubilee fund to pay for entertainment to mark the Queen’s 60-year reign.
The event is open to all villagers and takes place over the weekend of June 2 to 4. For tickets call Jane on (01723) 864512.
