Members of the Boogie Beat Club, part of the Twilight Zone, based at the YMCA, Scarborough, have launched the company’s giving tree.
Residents are asked to take a present – toys, books or sweets – for youngsters to the centre in St Thomas Street. The Tree will be there until the last week of Christmas.
The Twilight Choir will be singing outside Scarborough Hospital at 1pm on Christmas Eve and on the Children’s Ward at 2pm. Gifts will be taken to the hospital and distributed to children’s charities.
