Haven come up with way you can holiday at its centres safely - available on East Coast from July
Haven has introduced a new holiday offering to provide those looking for a break on the British coast this year while maintaining social distancing.
Haven Hideaway will be available at all Haven parks across the UK, providing guests with a holiday home on the coast and facilities such as takeaway food options, supermarkets, launderettes and long stretches of beach.
The centres on our coast are at Primrose Valley, Filey, the Blue Dolphin, near Filey, Reighton Sands and Thornwick Bay, Flamborough.
“We have thousands of guests who have already had breaks cancelled this year due to the Coronavirus pandemic,” said Gerard Tempest, guest and proposition Director.
“We look forward to reopening our parks as soon as government advice allows and as soon it is safe to do so, and are busy making changes to the way we operate our parks to ensure we can comply with the latest requirements.
"With social distancing requirements likely to remain in place, we don’t expect to be able to provide the full Haven experience to the number of guests we would normally welcome. However we can still provide the chance for families to escape to the British coast and enjoy a breath of fresh air at the seaside on a Haven Hideaway break.”
'Haven Hideaway’ breaks will be available from July and across the whole of the 2020 season. Guests who already have breaks booked during this period will not be affected at this stage.
“We still hope to offer these guests the facilities and activities they have booked and we will be contacting them at least four weeks ahead of their break to provide an update. All 2020 and 2021 bookings are automatically covered by our Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee, so all guests are able to cancel their holiday from 28 days before up until three days prior to their arrival at no cost and receive a full refund,” continued Tempest.
New guests will be able to book ‘Haven Hideaway’ breaks from today via www.haven.com“For guests who will be holidaying with us we will be making a range of changes to our check in process and limiting the number of guests staying on park at any time to ensure that we can protect our guests, owners and team as best as possible.”
