The plans also include recruitment of additional members of the management team.

Recently, the company has taken office space at Temple Point, Colton, Leeds.

This new office compliments its plans to supply home care across Leeds and West Yorkshire.

The group’s chief operating officer is now based at the Leeds office which will act as a hub to support the regional and quality teams and other support staff moving across the groups’ care homes.

These are situated as far north as the North East and as far south as North Lincolnshire.

A spokesman said: “The company now owns 31 care homes and two home care services, and employs more than 2,000 staff.

“The group provides care and support to more than 1,900 people both in care homes and in their own homes. Over the next three years, Burlington Care is investing £10million upgrading its care homes, enhancing their residents’ dining experience and delivering dementia-focused environments.

“We are also investing £20m on three new care homes that will be built over the next 30 months, representing a considerable commitment to the region and the lives of our current and future residents and staff teams.”
