Here's why Scarborough's Pizza Hut restaurant is closed

Scarborough's Pizza Hut restaurant has had to shut temporarily following storm damage.

The restaurant on Huntriss Row is closed until work is carried out to repair the roof.

A spokesperson for Pizza Hut said: "The Hut closed on March 11 and we’re expecting it to re-open in the coming weeks once building work has been completed.

"Customers can continue to enjoy their favourite pizzas delivered from our Ramshill Road Hut located less than a mile away."

A sign on the door says the nearest Pizza Hut restaurant is at Monks Cross, York.

Scarborough York
