London residents start new life as owners of Sherburn village store
The store has been purchased by Mr and Mrs Tharmaseelan, previous residents of London, who are following many others by moving to the region in search of a good standard of living.
The shop was sold on a freehold basis off an asking price of £395,000 by specialist business property advisor Christie and Co.
