Erhan started his career early in the lines of the Scarborough FC. After graduating in business from Huddersfield University he joined AOL.

His big break came as he was headhunted by advertising giants AKQA, where he began working as a project manager with clients such as Nike, Rolls Royce and Barclaycard.

He then put his experience to the test and founded EAK Digital agency.

Today he has managed to turn EAK Digital into a widely recognised brand.

Erhan said: “As a leader, your actions will influence the morale of your team and it is important to remain upbeat in times of hardship when the chips are down. Leaders that see their teams through this will come out the other side, a stronger and more robust manager.”
