Scarborough’s Beachcomber bus service wins a 2020 Traveller’s Choice award following great customer feedback on Tripadvisor.

The popular open-top bus service, which runs along the seafront between North and South Bays, is often seen as a top attraction for visitors to Scarborough.

Based on a full year of Tripadvisor reviews, award winners are known for consistently receiving great feedback from customers, placing them in the top 10% of attractions worldwide.

Ben Gilligan, area director for Beachcomber’s parent company East Yorkshire, said: “We’re delighted to have received this recognition that our Beachcomber buses are up there with some of the world’s best attractions.”

“The most important thing for us is that visitors to Scarborough are having a fantastic time, and we hope they’ll return again to spend more time in this beautiful seaside resort.”
