A man has been arrested in Malton after being caught driving whilst drunk.

The Peugeot driver was stopped by safer neighbourhood officers after he was seen not wearing his seat belt yesterday evening.
The man went on to fail a road side breath test after blowing a sample twice the legal limit.
He was also found to have no licence and insurance and was further arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner's consent.
