The Scarborough News is looking to find the town’s most hopeless romantic this Valentine’s Day.
To mark the day of love the paper has teamed up with Confiseria Arosa in Ramshill Road to offer a lucky local couple some chocolatey treats.
As florists and chocolate shops prepare for one of their busiest times of the year we are seeking Scarborough’s smoothest Valentine by asking for your love stories with a twist.
To enter the competition to win a heart-shaped chocolate box for your partner we are asking you how you would treat your Valentine if money was no object.
Would you fly them to the moon, shower them with diamonds, or buys them the stars?
Send us your perfect Valentine’s Day story by 12pm on February 12 to be in with a chance of winning.
Entries should be no longer than 100 words and need to be sent to Laura Crothers, The Scarborough News, 17-23 Aberdeen Walk, Scarborough, YO11 1BB, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively you can tweet us your entry @thescarboronews using the hashtag #Valentines, or post your entry on our Facebook Page - The Scarborough News.
Please include your full name and contact details, and as well as your partner’s name.
