Two men attacked and robbed an Asda delivery driver in Scarborough.

Police are appealing for information about the robbery on Westbourne Grove.

It happened at around 5.05pm on Monday 16 May, when the Asda delivery driver parked his van on Westbourne Grove.

He was at the rear of his van when he was attacked by two men and was knocked to the ground. He suffered swelling to his lip.

The men then jumped into his van and stole his wallet before leaving the scene.

The men are described as white, both over 6 ft tall, of medium build and aged in their late 20s.

One man was wearing a grey hooded top, dark jeans and dark trainers. The other was wearing a dark coloured hoodie, grey jogging bottoms and dark shoes.
