Scarborough Athletic boss Steve Kittrick and his backroom staff have been given a huge pat on the back by the Evo-Stik League match officials.
The Boro management team of Kittrick, assistant-manager Chris Bolder and coach Steve Roberts have been hailed for the shining example they set on the touchlines over the course of the 2016-17 campaign.
Management staff from each team in the Evo-Stik Leagues are marked for their behaviour in the technical area during games by the match referee.
And Boro came out on top in the Evo-Stik North, completing an east coast double, as Whitby Town set the perfect example in the Evo-Stik Premier.
A delighted Bolder said: "It is great to be given an honour like this.
"It is all about respect in football and we try to be as professional as possible in everything that we do.
"That example has to come from the top of the club, because we want it to filter down right the way through.
"Sometimes you do want to vent your anger, but having been a part of football for a number of years, you realise that it won't mean that decisions will be changed.
"It is important that you build up a positive relationship with match officials because it is likely that they'll be in charge of your games again in the future."
