Scarborough Athletic boss Steve Kittrick is lining up a double swoop for Josh Greening and Paddy Miller.
Tadcaster striker Greening is a well-known face in Scarborough, having previously represented Boro, Scarborough Town and also Pickering.
Farsley-based Miller is also familiar to Boro fans, having played for the Queensgate club in both of their promotion campaigns to date.
Boro have put the required seven-day notice in for both players and Kittrick is waiting for a chat.
He said: “We have put seven days in for both players, now we are just waiting to talk to them.
“Josh is a player who impressed me earlier in the season when we played against Tadcaster.
“He works hard and is a goal threat.
“We are looking to bring in players on a long-term basis, we see both Josh and Paddy in that category.
“Paddy is also a good player, who is well-known to Scarborough Athletic fans.
“I think the only reason he has stayed at Farsley is out of loyalty to Neil Parsley.”
