Ticket have almost sold out for Scarborough Athletic's curtain-closing home fixture against Ossett Albion on Saturday.

Boro are hoping to host a real party atmosphere at the Flamingo Land Stadium, with Steve Kittrick's men already having sealed promotion to the Evo-Stik Premier and they are looking to wrap up second place in the table.

Around 100 tickets are still up for grabs for the game, they can be bought online or at Friday evening's fans' forum, if there are any left over.

Chairman Trevor Bull said: "It is amazing how many tickets we have sold, it really should be a great day for the club.

"We have a few things planned before and after the match, hopefully the fans who come down will really enjoy themselves."

Boro are encouraging supporters not to invade the pitch on the full-time whistle, as fans will be allowed on the field for after-match presentations once the players and match officials have left the field.

Tickets pre-paid online can be collected from the clubhouse on Friday between 7pm and 7.30pm or before the fixture between 1.30pm and 2.45pm from a designated turnstile acting as a ticket collection point
