Burst water main on A171 between Whitby and Scarborough

Yorkshire Water are carrying out repairs to a burst water main on the A171.

Yorkshire Water are working hard to minimise the disruption for local residents and road users.

The repair work is currently in progress on Mill Lane, Cloughton where two-way traffic control signals are currently in place.

It is believed that the road is partially blocked on Mill Lane between Moor Lane and Limestone Road and there are advanced warnings back to the Falsgrave Roundabout.
