SCARBOROUGH stationery manufacturer Duraweld is looking to promote its latest services at a major trade show.
The Salter Road based business is hoping to attract new customers as it exhibits its customised presentation, packaging and printing products at this year’s Northprint Show.
The firm is particularly looking to promote its newly extended ‘Build your Own’ online service, while it aims to show printers how they can make their materials look more professional and last longer with specially made stationery.
Jane Harper, marketing manager at Duraweld in Eastfield, said: “We are looking forward to being at Northprint and meeting customers old and new.
“The last 12 months has seen Duraweld named as a Sunday Times Best Green Company and win a major award for our ever expanding ‘build your own’ online service.
“In addition to this we have revamped our website, and launched our five customer commitments, so we would urge delegates at Northprint to drop in and see us and get a full update on how we can help them add value to their businesses in 2011.”
Due to be held in Harrogate on May 10 to 12, Northprint is billed as the UK’s favourite print show for print buyers and suppliers.
Duraweld will be based in the IPIA Lounge, where the team will be busy offering instant quotes, discount for users of their ‘Build your Own’ online service, information, demonstrations and samples of their products.
The company is also looking to raise awareness of its new Five Customer Commitments, created in a bid to boost customers service.
The commitments are to respond quickly, to give great value for money, to give helpful, friendly advice, to have the best online service in the industry, and to provide seriously green solutions.
Mrs Harper added: “These five commitments show Duraweld’s dedication to our customer’s journey with us as the UK’s leading manufacturer of specially made stationery.”
Now in its 53rd year Duraweld produces folders, ring binders, dividers, organisers, boxes, conference packs, wallets and retail packaging for a wide range of clients across the country and offers a large selection of environmentally-friendly product options, which have helped the firm scoop numerous awards including the Sunday Times Best Green Company.
