Scarborough business people hosted a dinner with high-ranking economic adviser Ian McCafferty (centre), who serves on the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee. The meeting was held to discuss views on the economy, business trends and Brexit, as part of regional meetings being held to garner views from a range of business representatives, exporters and organisations. It was held at the Crown Spa Hotel. The event was oragnised by the Scarborough Business Ambassadors and the Institute of Directors in conjunction with the Bank of England. He also toured the Woodend Creative centre.
