A SCARBOROUGH man has appeared in court charged with five counts of fraud.
David Wiley, of Prospect Park, is charged with fraud by false representation.
Scarborough Magistrates’ Court heard Wiley, 30, took out five catalogue accounts in someone else’s name between November 2010 and October 2011 with the intention of making a financial gain.
The case was adjourned until next month for the catalogue companies to provide more information in the case.
Wiley was given unconditional bail to appear again at court on February 3.
