Arrests after shirt fire

THE shirt of an unsuspecting man was set on fire while he stood at the bar in a Scarborough nightclub.

The 27-year-old was in Boleyn’s in St Thomas Street and felt his back burning.

He and his brother tried to extinguish the flames.

The police were called and the episode was captured on the club’s CCTV.

The incident happened at around 1am on Sunday.

Two 26-year-old men have been arrested and bailed.
