They have released the CCTV image after a man tried to leave the store without paying for several items in his trolley, including drills and hacksaws.

When he was confronted by a member of staff, he ran off towards the Edgehill housing estate.

The incident happened at the Seamer Road store at around 3pm on Monday, July 6. Police have just released information.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV photo may have important information that can assist with their investigation.
