Driver charged after blowing over the drink drive limit in Scarborough

Police stopped the driver yesterday evening after seeing them driving down Burniston Road 'in a manner that caused concern."

Scarborough Police said: "After speaking with the driver, a breath test was conducted and the driver blew 47 which is over the legal drink drive limit and was subsequently arrested."

The driver has now been charged to court for the offence.
