Police in Filey are appealing for information following two incidents involving school children.

In the first incident, on September 29, a teenage girl reported that she was touched inappropriately by a man as he tried to get past her on Muston Road.

The man is described as aged between 55 and 60.

In the second incident on October 5, a man believed to be in his 30s, has used offensive language against a group of boys on Muston Road, near the Lower Wharfedale turning.

Both incidents occurred between 8am and 8.45am.

Officers are appealing for information from anyone who was in the area on the morning of September 29 or October 5 and witnessed the incidents.

They are also appealing to anyone else who has any information about them.
