Five people arrested over drug driving in Scarborough area; one car had been doing 120mph

Three men were arrested after a car was clocked going at 120mph in Malton.

Roads Policing Group officers stopped the white Audi near Rillington last night after being alerted by a safety camera van operator.

Of the three men arrested, two tested positive for cannabis.

A police sniffer dog discovered suspected cannabis in the car.

Officers arrested two more drivers in Scarborough after stopping a red Clio, in Sandside, and a silver Volkswagen.

Both tested positive for cannabis.
