'Intoxicated' supervising driver arrested for failing to provide breath sample on A64 in Scarborough

An "intoxicated" supervising driver has been arrested for failing to provide a breath sample on the A64 in Scarborough.

Officers stopped a vehicle travelling on the A64 with no insurance in the early hours of today.

The driver has allegedly a provisional licence and the supervising driver was found to be "intoxicated".

Police seized the car and arrested the supervising driver for failing to provide a breath sample
