Man due at court charged with attacking another man in Bridlington

A man has been charged with attacking another man in Bridlington.

Jamie Duffield, 32, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Hull Magistrates' Court today charged with the serious assault of a man in Tennyson Avenue on Monday.

Police say he is also charged with being in possession of a metal bat, smashing a window of a property and damaging a police vehicle.
