Man left with broken nose following assault in Malton

The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday November 10, between 1am and 1.30am, following an altercation on Railway Street.

The victim was taken to hospital and suffered a potential broken nose and injury to his hand.

Officers are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, police are appealing for information about a potential suspect who left the scene.

The suspect is described to be a white male, approximately 25-28 years old, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
