Two Scarborough men have been bailed by police over allegations involving a pair of eleven-year-old girls.
Police were called following an incident between 4pm and 4.45pm on North Street in Driffield on Tuesday 29 May.
The two girls were walking together when they walked past a stationary Vauxhall Astra.
It is alleged that three male occupants of the vehicle attempted to engage in conversation with the young girls.
The girls ignored the men and continued to walk away.
A short distance later, the vehicle is alleged to have driven up to the girls and attempted to engage in further conversation.
The girls then fled and alerted police.
Following the incident police arrested four men.
A 21 year old man and a 60 year old man were released on police bail to a date at the end of June pending further enquiries.
A 30 year old man and a 27 year old man were released without charge.
