Police appeal for witnesses following catalytic converter thefts in Ryedale

Thieves stole the catalytic converters from two Toyota Auris Hybrids in Ryedale.

Both thefts happened in Norton on the same night, with one car parked Church Street and the other on Vine Street.

Police are appealing for the public's help with their investigation into the crimes, which happened between 6pm on November 11 and 6.25am on November 12.

In particular, they are appealing for information about anyone acting suspiciously in the area that night.

The thefts happened back in November.

They are also keen to hear from anyone who has information about a black Ford Focus ST which was seen in the area at the time.
