Police want to speak to this man about damage to Scarborough Council's building.

Shortly before 1am on March 16, a man approached the glass front door to Scarborough Council’s Customer First Centre before beginning to repeatedly kick in the glass door.

North Yorkshire Police have issued this CCTV image of a man they would like to identify as part of their investigation.
