Scarborough man appears at court for Covid breach and obstructing a police officer

A Scarborough man has been fined for breaching coronavirus restrictions and obstructing a police officer.

Warren Bulmer, of Bramble Way in Scalby, appeared before Scarborough Magistrates Court yesterday.

He was charged with taking part in a gathering of more than two people in a public outdoor place - contrary to lockdown rules - and obstructing a police officer on January 9.

The 26-year-old received a £200 fine and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and CPS costs of £85.

Warren Bulmer, of Bramble Way in Scalby, received a £200 fine.
