Warren Bulmer, of Bramble Way in Scalby, appeared before Scarborough Magistrates Court yesterday.
He was charged with taking part in a gathering of more than two people in a public outdoor place - contrary to lockdown rules - and obstructing a police officer on January 9.
The 26-year-old received a £200 fine and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and CPS costs of £85.
