Richard James Longmore, 60, of Brook Lane, Ainthorpe, Whitby: community order made, includind16-week electronically monitored curfew, and ordered to pay 90 victim surcharge and 85 costs, and banned from driving for 28 months, for driving without valid insurance and drink driving, in Castleton, Whitby.
Steven Peter Webster, 51, of Quarry Hill, Appleton-le-Street, Malton: jailed for 16 weeks and ordered to pay 122 victim surcharge, and banned from driving for 18 months, for drug-driving and driving while disqualified, on the B1257 East Street, Swinton, Malton.

Laura Smith, 37, of Owston Road, Hunmanby: fined 400 and ordered to pay 32 victim surcharge and 85 costs, for using false registration plates, and using a vehicle without valid insurance and without a valid test certificate, on Owston Road.
Howard Smith, 45, of Muston Road, Filey: community order made, including 240 hours' unpaid work over 12 months, and ordered to pay 90 victim surcharge and 300 costs, and banned from driving for 24 months, for failing to provide a specimenof breath, and assaulting a police constable.
Simon John Ward, 41, of Northstead Flats: jailed for 16 weeks suspended for 24 months, ordered to pay 122 victim surcharge and banned from driving for two years, for using a pit bike while disqualified, and without valid insurance, at Barrowcliff Road, and also obstructing a police constable, riding without a helmet and failing to surrender to custody.
Jade Gascoigne, 27, of Bridlington Road, Wold Newton: fined 120 and ordered to pay 32 victim surcharge and 85 costs, for drink-driving, at Muston Road, Filey.
Richard Jackson, 31, of Wain Close, Eastfield: ordered to pay 90 victim surcharge and 85 costs, and banned from drving for six months, for driving while disqualified, speeding, and failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence, on the A64 at Malton.
Gareth Lee Williams, 35, of West End View, Cayton: community order made, including 150 hours' unpaid work over 12 months, and ordered to pay 90 victim surcharge and 85 costs, and banned from driving for 24 months, for drink-driving, on the A165 at Gristhorpe.
John William Chinchen, 38, of WestGarth, Sherburn: fined 120, ordered to pay 32 victim surcharge and 85 costs, and banned from driving for 18 months, for drug-driving and driving without a valid licence and without valid insurance, at Cross Street, Scarborough.
