Van driver tested positive for drugs when stopped by police near Filey

Police found a driver with no licence and testing positive for drugs when they stopped a van near Filey yesterday.

Officers from North Yorkshire Police's Roads Policing Group stopped the van on the A165 because it had a brake light out.

They discovered the driver did not have a driving licence and a drugs test came up positive for cannabis.
