WORLD-CLASS designer Richard Seymour is returning to his home town of Scarborough to do an illustrated talk.
The lecture will take place on Monday at 2.30pm at Scarborough Library. Mr Seymour’s established the company Seymour Powell, with fellow designer Dick Powell, in 1984.
Amongst the company’s achievements are a series of world’s firsts, including that of the world’s first cordless kettle and pocket mobile phone.
A recent high profile commission has been Mr Seymour’s designs for the interiors of the Virgin Galactic spacecraft.
Tickets (£5 or £3 for Friends of Scarborough Art Gallery and students), are available from Record Revivals in Northway.
Some tickets will be available on the door.
