Dogs show their best side during village fun

A FUN Dog Show was held as part of Hutton Buscel’s 900th anniversary celebrations.

The ninth centenrary of the village was marked wth a weekend of events.

Part of these included a dog show, which was well supported and spectators were entertained by the dogs and their handlers.

The dogs were judged by Sean McClarrond, and the results are as follows, handlers named followed by dogs name.

The Most Beautiful Bitch: 1, Olive Sharpe, Star. 2, Mollie Bastiman, Pip. 3, Adele Robinson, Tilly.

The Best Rescue Dog or Bitch: 1, Kim Robson, Casper. 2, Karin Lowson, Beau. 3, Olive Sharpe, Star.

The Best Veteran (over 10 years old): 1, Lizzy Jackson, Molly. 2, Joyce Robinson, Crumble. 3, (joint) Trinity Mitchel, Cloe and Geoff Gibson, Charlie.
