Sci-Fi Scarborough have landed the Chief Judge from Dredd 2012 played by Rakie Ayola, who will be attending the popular event on Sunday April 9.
She will help celebrate the 40th anniversary of 2000 AD, talk all things Dredd and sit astride the actual Lawmaster bike from the movie for that all-important photo opportunity.
Rakie has also appeared in Doctor Who, Black Mirror, Sea of Souls, Eastenders, Casualty & Holby City
and has many film credits to her name.
Co-organiser Steve Dickinson said: “To be adding a guest of this calibre at this late stage if fantastic news, Dredd is an excellent movie, I can’t wait to see the Chief Judge in action.
“It’s an absolute coup for SFS.”
