Driver taken to hospital following early morning crash on A64
The driver of a van has been taken to hospital following a crash on the A64 earlier this morning.

Police were called out at 5.55am to what they described as a "minor single vehicle collision" involving a grey VW Transporter van on the bypass between the B1257 and the B1248.
The driver appeared uninjured but was taken by ambulance to hospital for a precautionary check up.
The central barrier was slightly damaged and the road was closed temporarily. It was fully reopened at 6.38am.
