Drug driver arrested on Seamer Road, Scarborough
A driver has been arrested for drug driving in Scarborough.
In the early hours of Tuesday, police stopped a car on Seamer Road following reports from a member of the public that a driver seemed intoxicated and that the vehicle smelled of cannabis.
As the driver failed a drug test police conducted a search of the occupants, one of whom was found to be in possession of cannabis. He was given a fixed penalty.
