Saint Catherine’s Hospice has said a huge thank you to local freemasons after a generous donation.

The five Scarborough masonic lodges have presented Saint Catherine’s with a cheque for £3,309. Jimmy Morrison, Master of Leopold Lodge, said: “Supporting hospice services remains important to us and we are delighted the Freemasons’ charity has continued to provide funding this year.”

The hospice’s director of funding development, David Marshall said: “In these challenging financial times, it is fantastic that the freemasons have again been very generous in their donation to Saint Catherine’s.” Pictured from left to right are: Peter Moss, Eric Kaye, David Marshall, Jimmy Morrison and Kevin Howard.
