PEOPLE are being asked to help save a life by giving blood at a donation session in Scarborough.
The session will take place at Westborough Methodist Church on Tuesday January 17 from 2pm to 4pm and 5pm to 7pm.

You can give blood every 16 weeks – approximately every four months.
People can register as a blood donor or find out more about the process, and how blood is used, by going to www.blood.co.uk

Sessions are held at Westborough Church on a regular basis throughout the year.
