Here's how flats and shops on Scarborough's North Bay cinema site will look like

These pictures show how the shiny new development will look like upon completion.

The scheme will feature a multiplex cinema alongside with 53 apartments, five restaurants, four shops, a sky bar, a gym and associated car parking spaces. It will be built on the old Atlantis Water Park site which has stood unused for a number of years.

Harris Project Management (HPM) are appointed as principal designer alongside The Harris Partnership (THP) for this 150,000 sq.ft GIA overall development, which has an investment of approximately £15 million.
