The proposed development.

James Richmond, Group Director at The Harris Partnership said: “It’s fantastic to see this development start to come to fruition after enduring a couple of setbacks. At The Harris Partnership we have a long tradition of creating schemes which benefit the local community and this multiplex cinema will provide much needed leisure services for the town.”
