Hospital trust carol service

HOSPITAL staff, patients and local residents are invited to attend Scarborough health trust’s annual carol service at St Columba’s Church, Scarborough, on Tuesday at 7.30pm.

Hospital Chaplain Martin Doe said: “It is a traditional carol concert with singing and readings, with the singing led by our very own Hospital Trust Choir – 35 members of staff – who have been practising since October specifically for this service and the NHS Carol Service at York Minster.”

The choir has met annually for nearly thirty years. The majority are members of staff from across all wards, departments and clinics, as well as past members of staff.

Refreshments after the service are kindly provided by the Scarborough Hospital League of Friends.
