Michael Kipling dropped just short of a ton, but his efforts weren't in vain as Snainton toppled neighbours Ebberston B by seven wickets in Division C of the AndyHire Evening League.
Half centuries from Jacob Welford and Joe Warters looked to have put Ebberston in a useful place at the half-way stage.
But Kipling's 96 and 33 from Ashley Mudd made sure of the Snainton victory.
Flixton B held on for a five-wicket win against second-placed Staxton B to keep them in top spot.
Finley Ward's 3-18 helped to see of Staxton for just 81.
Elliot Cooper had Flixton on the rack with his 4-17, but they edged their way to the victory.
Joe Bayes helped Ravenscar to a win by six wickets against Wykeham B.
Tom Poor's 51 not out pushed Wykeham to 118-6 and Henry Tubb's caused a few problems in reply with his 3-20. But Bayes' 62 was enough to wrap things up for Ravenscar.
Cayton B were three wickets better from Muston, who finished their innings on 64, Ricky Lawrence scoring 32 and Robbie Hill taking 4-36.
Tim Barton's 43 not out and an unbeaten 36 from Luke Howland helped Scalby B to 151-2, which was 73 runs better than Forge Valley B's 78-4, thanks mainly to Tony Geall's 3-22.
Filey maintained their charge towards the Division A title with a win by seven wickets against Seamer.
Seamer looked to be in a decent position, with Joe Tiffany (73) and Craig baker (29) taking them to 145-5.
But scores of 40 from Jamie Gilbank and Tom Fitzgerald linked with an undefeated 52 from Aaron Howard to make sure of Filey's points haul.
Heslerton lead the chasing pack following a tight nine-run win against Wykeham.
Gary Hall (28), Rob Middlewood (53) and Sam Triffitt (25) carried Heslerton to 141-5.
Ezra Pashby's 28 and Steve Clegg's 30 led the retort, but three wickets each for Andy Slaughter and Mark Dring made sure they dropped short.
Staxton took out Ganton with a 16-run victory.
Jack Pinder's 34 took Staxton to 116-6, with Rob Bradley taking three of the wickets.
Andy Holtby (3-22) and Richard Webster (3-33) completed the job.
Scalby jumped away from the wrong end of the table with a win by 52 runs against Ebberston.
Scalby managed 141-6, with David Holborn (51) and Lachlan Cook (32) scoring the runs, Sam Hardie (4-22) taking the wickets.

Cayton maintained their quest for promotion from Division B with a win by six wickets against Cloughton B.
Dean MacAuley's 49 pushed Cloughton to 107-5, but Mikey Dennis hit 59 to seal the Cayton win.
Forge Valley toppled Cloughton by seven wickets.
Ben Luntley (35) and Gary Jordan (25) kept Cloughton ticking along to 115-6, a score that was passed by Valley, due mainly to Christian Reddish's 50 and Eric Hall's 25.
Sherburn saw off Seamer B by five wickets.
Pete Metcalfe (27no) was the top score in Seamer's 103-4.
Archie Graham's 3-28 kept Sherburn on their toes, but Craig Sanderson's 37 guided them home.
Scarborough were unable to raise a side for their game against Flixton.
